Beoremote One

The Beoremote one is connected to another Bang & Olufsen device has to interact with it directly. Other remote controls (e.g. Beoremote Halo) can be connected to other systems using TCP/IP, but the Beoremote one depends on another Beo system.
In my case it is connected to a Beosound Stage. There are no IR based systems in use in my setup.
Using the menu entries pressing [ LIST ] and select LIGHT or CONTROL using the right arrow ">" you can select predefined entries for controlling home automation systems and lighting.
In the default settings you won't find a menu item to remove or modify these entries.

Removing and Modifying the entries

To being able to change these entries or to remove them you need to add a product category first, then you can change it and after this you can remove the product category again (don't ask me. I don't know the reason for that.)
To do this, select:
[List] SettingsAdvancedProductsShow
and then activate BeoVision (adding the checkmark)
After that you can go back to the top menu using the arrow back and then list keys. Select from the LIST top menu the device that you want to control from your current device (in my case this is Beosound Stage) to BeoVision.
After you have done this you can enter the context menu of this device using the [ LIST ] key again, and you can select SettingsAdvancedLight Menu or Control Menu.
In these menus you can modify the entries and hide entries that you do not want to see.
After you have modified it, you can go back to selecting your product that you want to control and remove the product BeoVision as described above.
